Just a few things to keep in mind that can make a HUGE impact on getting hired...

1. Upload a Profile Picture: Company's love to see who they are hiring and a professional headshot can really make you stand out.

2. Upload your resume: A solid resume is the foundation for a decision maker when it comes to hiring. If you haven't yet, do it. If you don't have a resume don't worry we can help you write one here.

3. Build out your profile: We are going to give you a head start on this one by setting you up with the basic outline and filling in what we already know about you. BUT, once you are an active member, it is your responsibility to add in any additional information to your profile. The more the merrier and companies love to learn as much as possible about who they are going to hire.

4. Be yourself: Most importantly, be yourself. This industry is full of wonderful people and amazing opportunities. We are here to help you establish those connections throughout the state of Colorado and build a career that makes you eager to get out of bed in the morning
